Our experience at Hotel Novano was excellent from start to finish. The room is very nice, comfortable and well organized, exactly as expected to rest after an intense day exploring Istanbul. The cleaning deserves to be highlighted: everything is always very clean and well taken care of.
The reception is another strength – extremely attentive, polite and always willing to help, which makes all the difference during your stay.
Breakfast is good, with enough variety to start the day well.
And, no doubt, the big difference is the location: perfect! You can do a lot on foot, close to the main sights, restaurants and transportation. Makes the experience in the city too easy.
If I return to Istanbul, I will surely stay again at Hotel Novano. I recommend without thinking twice.
