LALINN HOTEL

I stayed with husband and daughters 5 nights and we took two double bedrooms. Apart from an inconvenience of moving into the family room for one night the rest was perfect. Pleasant stay, strategic location, helpful staff for every need (from requesting a scale to postponing the time for the airport transfer). Special credit to the cook Ebru who made our breakfasts special spoiling us and making us feel really at home!

Came here with family. Very good service from staff. Room kept tidy usually. Very basic provisions though. Location was lovely. But next to a railway line. A 10 minute uphill walk to the blue mosque only. There was building happening next door which was a nightmare. We had sick children for a few days and sleep was impossible. Also room smelt of smoke despite it being non smoking. Terrible breakfast. But super cheap. Dont do it. Short walk to the sea and amazing views.

If it weren't for our petty misfortune (suddenly left homeless after a flight and a reservation), we would never have discovered this treasured corner of Istanbul – Lalinn Hotel Oyuncu Sokak Oyuncu Cikmazi No: 4. And today I want to say a huge thank you to his team for turning our stress into an unforgettable warm welcome. After we suddenly stayed on the street for unscrupulous hoteliers. Wandered the streets of the neighborhood until they noticed the modest but cozy facade of the Lalynne Hotel. The door was opened by a smiling administrator who, on hearing our story, immediately offered to help: “Don’t worry, we have rooms available and we will gladly welcome you.” Without too much formality, without overpayment — just human warmth. The room offered to us exceeded expectations: clean, bright, well-maintained and with all the necessary amenities (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibar). But what impressed us most was the hotel team. Everyone from the receptionist to the cleaner acted like we were their old friends. They helped to choose the route for the tour, recommended the best places for dinner (tried a wonderful restaurant nearby that even the locals didn't know about!) As we return home, we remember Istanbul fondly, and the first thing that comes to mind is the Lalynne Hotel. It's not just a place to sleep: it's a real home where you're expected, understood and cared for. If you are looking for a hotel in Istanbul where you will be welcomed with soul and not just "checked in and forgotten," this is it. Thank you Lalynne Hotel for giving us hope, warmth and unforgettable memories. We'll definitely be back!
