Mirilayon Hotel

An excellent stay at the Mirilayon Hotel in Istanbul! We would like to warmly thank the entire team for their welcome, kindness, and professionalism. A special mention to Halim, at the front desk, who was particularly attentive to our needs and always available to help us with great kindness. His attention and service really contributed to making our stay pleasant. Thanks again to the entire team at the Mirilayon Hotel. We will return with pleasure and highly recommend this hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel was really clean and neat, we were pleased with the variety of breakfast menu. I would like to thank both the staff and Mr. Halim at the reception for their interest and concern during our stay at the hotel, we were very pleased.

This hotel was not clean at all. It was an old building with very low quality services (if there are any) breakfast was very poor nothing to eat so we ate outside. room was never cleaned during our stay. I asked them to bring a clean kettle but it was all dirty either milk, tea, or coffee was boiled inside it. Tiny hair everywhere, even on the cups and glasses. The towels also were dirty, I think they don't change them from a stay to stay. The only good thing it was near the tram and transportation stations, but the area is not that safe or pleasant. الفندق سيء جدا من ناحية النظافة والخدمات والفطور سيء أيضا فقط الموقع قريب لمحطة المواصلات (ترام او مرمراي)
