Nexthouse Pera Hotel

On October 1-2, 2025 I stayed overnight at the hotel. We had a good time in the very well-trained area, thanks to the expert staff who were very friendly (especially the humble gentleman) as well as everything expected from a hotel. The design and size of the rooms are enough, the beds are clean and the cozy bathroom is clean and well-maintained. Its location is very good, too close to the street of Izikal and doesn’t get in the street noise. Highly recommend. Pure value-performance hotel. It’s my only address next.

There were vacations with the two of them, chosen for their proximity to Istiqlal. The location is beautiful - if you want to walk and are ready to spend money on cafes and restaurants. Shops are very ordinary, souvenirs and food are expensive. The hotel itself is pleasant, there is an elevator, the rooms are good, the shower works great. The room has everything you need (except bathrobes) - tea, coffee, sugar, teapot, bottled water, refrigerator, hairdryer. They clean it so bad, but regularly, the floor is dirty, the linen is not chic shine, the pillows are hard, the blanket is old, instead of one bed - two composed, the middle feels. Everything else is fine, hospitable hosts, lots of cafes and bars downstairs, noisy. We took the Havaist N16 bus from the airport, and we walked another 20 minutes from Taksim. We took public transport back.

An absolute gem of a place. Ideal for all transport, good local bars and restaurants. Lovely clean hotel and the excellent members of the staff team are polite, helpful and make you feel really at home. I thank all of the staff for their excellence.
