Portus House Istanbul

Excellent location in downtown, many restaurants around, close distance to attractions around and for more trained hikers no problem to walk over Galata bridge to Hagia Sophia or Grand Bazaar. Newly renovated, relatively big room could accommodate 3 adults or two adults with kids. Area is full of night life. Great connection to bus or tram to another part over the canal. Very nice and helpful staff. Just 5 min walk there is Galata promenade, shopping malls and gallery of modern art

Terrible! Staff and owner just don t care about their guests, super rude. Super noisy at night, earplugs are not enough. The bathroom was very dirty, so they moved to another room...where the bathroom was dirty as well. Very uncomfortable.

Awful and terrible experiment, no staff there to respond us, we saw just one person at resption first day and after that day we didint see anybodey there, very dirty every where, and full of rabish and dirty linen, We booked room with breackfast by booking site , but there was no breakfast.
