Rawda Hotel Bakirkoy

First panic attack of my life!! Thank you to this hotel((( When I drove here, I thought I'd enjoy it because it's the only 4* hotel on my week-long trip. When I got into the room, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was so small that there was nowhere to put the little suitcase... and when I saw there was no window and behind the glass was just a wall - my breath took away!!! I really got scared that I would just suffocate!!! The front desk said my reservation said there was no window in the room, but there was nothing in my reservation on the phone!!!! They couldn't change the room(((I calmed down and turned on the air conditioner stronger- so the air would renew faster.... Another small disappointment was in the morning- breakfast is included in the price, but if you want coffee...... you have to pay extra....

The good bits. The location was good as close to Bakirköy station plus local cafés etc. Friendly reception staff.  The bad bits. The room was an extremely small single room. No storage for clothing etc. Window boarded over. Very poor cleanliness especially corners of the room and the bathroom. The shower itself was fine but the entire bathroom floor flooded.  So overall not a place I would recommend. Difficult to see how it gets 4* and over 4 out of 5 average scores wherever you check.

Recently stayed here for 9 days . My room 204 was very clean and comfortable and I would stay here again no problem .The staff were all very kind and approachable and nothing was too much trouble if you needed to ask anything .The breakfast was typically continental but if you wanted something else they had a good menu .Regarding the area it is full of restaurants , coffee shops, shopping malls and individual shops . Thankyou to the staff once again for making my stay enjoyable 👌🏽.
