Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul

Everything is amazing: the cleanliness of the room, the comfort, and the service. Especially the manager named Emre and the Club Lounge kitchen chef, also named Emre. The Club Lounge staff names.... Arda, Gőrkem, Benker, Gülsah, Ali....of course, the food was exquisite😍

I believe that with Ms. Öznur's arrival, the hotel's elegance and friendly demeanor have been enhanced. It made us feel right at home. A truly valuable lady who, whenever we ask for something, immediately fulfills our request with a warm smile. His politeness, friendliness, and helpfulness are top-notch...

Oznur Kaplan With her smiling face, kind heart, and exceptional attention to detail, she made us feel right at home. Thank you so much.
