It’s an average hotel with congested location. However it is in the heart of the city so that can be ignored as it has its own benefits. The staff is non friendly, not polite at all and language is also a problem with them. The food is also average and expensive vis a vis the quality. There are better hotels around.

⚠️ Extremely disappointing experience — I would not recommend this hotel. I had a fully paid and confirmed reservation, but unfortunately I couldn’t travel myself. I contacted the hotel and the booking platform multiple times and tried every possible way to arrange for my guest to use the room instead of me. Despite all my efforts, the hotel refused to let my guest check in, using excuses instead of trying to find a reasonable solution. Even worse, when my guest went to the hotel in person, the staff treated her very poorly and disrespectfully. The most frustrating part is that they kept the full payment while refusing to let my guest use the room. This made me feel that they were simply taking advantage of the situation and wanted to keep the money while making the room available to someone else. I understand that hotels have policies, but there should also be basic customer service and fairness. The way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise people to think twice before booking The Marmara Pera. Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.
