Titanic Port Hotel Bakirkoy

We came to this hotel for the concert, but unfortunately, the concert was canceled. It was a very unpleasant and sad situation. However, thanks to the excellent location of the hotel and the wonderful staff, our stay was still pleasant. I especially want to thank the girl named Angel—she sincerely tried to help every guest. The pool was also very good, and the breakfast turned out to be excellent. I especially liked the very tasty borek.

The hotel is clean, quiet, very respectable, and close to the market. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the linens and covers are wonderfully clean, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is fresh and very varied. The service was excellent from all the staff. I would like to especially thank my brother Sardar because he is very friendly and cooperative and helped me choose the right room because my mother has special needs. I also thank Malak very much for her concern for us and our comfort.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. I stayed on the first floor, and Ms. Ceylan cleaned my room thoroughly; thank you for your hard work and effort. I would also like to thank Ms. Melek for her friendly demeanor.
