The rooms were very well appointed, and the service was great. What I found disconcerting is that we were put on the third floor and the stairs up to the third floor were fairly steep and there was no elevator. Now, my husband and I are in our late 60s so that was not welcomed. Furthermore, one day they forgot to clean the room. I'm not sure why and they never got back to us. The other part that I found very weird in both in Turkey and now in Athens, Greece as well that the hotel offers for us not to ask for our towels to be washed every day and being very environmentally conscious we hang them up so that they don't wash them every day but when we come back from a day trip, they're all put away and so we don't know if these were our used to that they've put away as if these were fresh towels and that is a problem because then I don't know which is mine and which is my partner, or they give us fresh towels every day. Well, then they should not ask us to be environmentally conscious when they themselves have no intentions of following it. Oh, but the location was great.
