The room was clean, check-in was easy, and the staff helped me with every question.comfortable bed, and a very quiet night. The front desk team was friendly, and the breakfast selection exceeded expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Unfortunately, it's rather far from the city center and there are no activities near the hotel.

From May 18th to May 24th, I stayed at this hotel. On the morning of May 19th, I suffered a severe vertigo attack. I collapsed and genuinely thought I was having a stroke. I asked the reception for help, but instead of calling an ambulance, a staff member came to my room and told me that the hotel could not call one for me. He simply handed me a phone number and told me to call myself. This was an extremely frightening and unacceptable response for someone experiencing a medical emergency. As this hotel had been recommended by my dental clinic, I contacted my coordinator. She personally came to the hotel and took me to the hospital. The entire incident is documented

I believe there was a serious lack of care in the room cleaning service at the hotel. I had to shower without being properly cleaned because the shower gel had run out.
