Spa of the hotel was a total dlsaster as they sell packages of hamam and massage, but both were so bad, do not spend your dime on it. They do not know hamam rituals, scrubbing was poor. It was the worst ever experience.

A "Merit" Problem at One of Alaçatı's Most Expensive Hotels! You pay 50% extra to stay for 3 people, but instead of a proper bed, they just throw a mattress in the room! Moreover, there's neither a third bottle of water nor a third towel provided. It's unbelievable. The electrical outlets in the room are behind the nightstand, so you keep pulling at the nightstand to plug something in. Clearly, the interior designer is incompetent and passed the class by cheating. They also put some ridiculous capsule coffee machine from Arçelik in the room; I've never seen one before in my life. Mid-range and upscale hotels use Nespresso, but it hasn't reached here yet. Moreover, they installed the machine but forgot to put in a power outlet! You're walking around the room with the coffee machine in hand, looking for a power outlet to make coffee. The desk lamps don't even have an on/off switch. Because there's no PTS (Plate Recognition System) at the entrance and security changes shifts, you have to go through the whole process with the hotel every time you arrive by car. Now let's look at the positive aspects: The welcome cookies and fruit offered at the entrance were a very nice and thoughtful gesture. The WiFi is fantastic everywhere, the TV quality is crystal clear, and the landscaping is superb. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The sea already has a blue flag. Their breakfast is excellent; you absolutely must try their almond cake with strawberries and clotted cream. In summary: They crossed oceans only to drown in a stream. This is my open appeal to the chairman of the board: If you find someone competent and knowledgeable about hotel management, this hotel will thrive. But in these incompetent hands, it will just limp along...
