So we booked this hotel about three months prior. We chose the standard room at a reasonable price. Less did we know upon arrival was that the room we chose was apparently a room in the basement alongside the cleaning materials and stock room with a very small window and had a heavy odour of mould. Fortunately after 20 minutes of advising that the online booking did not state that the room was in the basement they offered us rooms on the entrance and first floor - but we ended up paying extra 😔.
So to summarise, a majority of the lovely looking hotels in the area are built in more or less the same style. My advice, ensure to enquire about what floor your room is on before confirming the booking. Other than that it’s ideal for couples.
