Rooms Smart Luxury Hotel

Arrived on site with the reservation written on booking paper, two double rooms each with its own bathroom, they did not have the rooms and did not have a decent alternative solution. We requested cancellation of the reservation and had to make arrangements to find another accommodation at 7pm. The owner was playing us. Courtesy zero.

We had to cut our hotel stay short after the first night because the conditions of the room and the hotel were unacceptable in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. I got a rash after taking a shower. The rooms were absolutely nothing like the pictures. The bathroom was disgusting with mold, dust and dirt. There were bugs in the room!!! And there were hairs and several stains on the floor and the bed linen. We had booked half board, but we didn't get any food on the first evening! The restaurant was closed...?! We wanted the remaining amount refunded, we were told to complain via the booking portal and they would then refund everything, which didn't happen. The accommodation never responded and claimed we never complained or complained on site. Sad. This is pure rip-off!!!!

Even though it was not the holiday season, we stayed at the hotel where we had the beach experience in the summer. We had a pleasant experience with the service, hospitality and friendliness we encountered. We would like to thank the staff who constantly asked about our needs throughout our stay and hosted us with various treats at breakfast. The establishment, which provides the best times of music, appetizers and conversation in the hidden tavern restaurant located inside the venue, received full marks from us.
