Sardunaki Konak Hotel

We had a reservation for 4 people in total. However when we arrived the hotel owner mentioned that the hotel is bought from another person and they cancelled our reservation. However, we came from 2 different countries without knowing that they cancelled our reservations. They accepted that they got the reservation from previous owner but they did not care because it was not paid. Also, the owner became very rude and impolite to my wife and to me and he kind of fire us from the hotel.

This hotel sent away a stray dog called UZO which is peaceful ,friendly and silent to death even though they have 3 breed dogs. She is 5 years old and ill.Her life depends on the pills she takes everyday. Shame on you.

This place was located perfectly. Got plenty of parking places. Aysegul was a perfect host and very friendly. Great breakfast whit different alternative. I would come back anytime when I visit alacati again!!!
