Sisus Hotel

The hotel has a very good location and there is no problem with parking. We stayed at the hotel for 6 days on a half-board basis. Despite asking several times, our hotel room was not cleaned. The staff only collected the trash every two days. The breakfast was adequate, but the same appetizers were served repeatedly at dinner. The desserts had limited variety and were unsatisfactory. This is the first time I've witnessed something like this in a hotel. After breakfast and dinner, the dirty tablecloths were turned over and re-laid on the tables.

We stayed at the hotel with two families and our children. The hotel manager, Mr. Sami, and all the staff were very attentive. The food was fantastic, and the rooms and pool were spotlessly clean. I definitely recommend it; it's a hotel you should visit.

The hotel staff are friendly, but that doesn't compensate for the shortcomings. Water accumulating in the bathroom, malfunctioning electrical outlets, and a broken TV. A hotel that seems abandoned, neglected, and lacking attention, as if it were given up by its owners. Honestly, I wouldn't want to go again. I'm still amazed at how she got her ratings and stars. I wouldn't recommend it.
