We were a group of 45 people. This hotel is not sufficiently organized to accommodate groups pleasantly. No room to meet. Very poor account management (additions: - no rigor, it takes 30 minutes to pay for a beer, random arbitration of invoices, etc.) The staff is more or less friendly and does not speak any foreign language. Breakfast is ok - nothing more. Coffee machine broken 2 days out of the three we spent in this hotel. Meals on site: very average. The food arrives lukewarm, whether on the plate or in a buffet format. The rooms on the avenue are terribly noisy. Insufficient soundproofing. Nice sized rooms but the bedding is designed against common sense. A small thin cotton blanket for everything on the double bed! No duvet, no extra blanket to tuck in. They bring it to you on request. We had 3 - the next day only 2... overwhelmed by requests, as you can imagine. As a group, or as a family, I do not recommend this hotel in any way which is not only outdated but poorly managed.

The hotel is very nice but the receptionist was horrible and pay attention to the customers all the time they were playing with their cellphones and they were very rude I was trying to call home and I wanted information how to call but they don’t even care they don’t speak English only Turkish

Location is very good, easy to find, parking in front. Rooms are nice and clean with big bathroom. The breakfast was very good with different bread options. Good wi-fi connection. The staff was not very friendly.
