A bit of a sad hotel, rooms are okay but outdated. Frank out

I stayed for a week, everything was great, especially the staff. Rosa, the cleaning lady, adapted to our schedule; we worked at night and she made up the room while we had breakfast so that we could rest. She was incredibly kind and her work was perfect.

Worst hotel stay ever. Rooms have air conditioned controlled to be above 25 degrees. By doing this the hotel is expecting guest to open the window to ventilate the room. However the hotel is surrounded by bars and night clubs that make it impossible to sleep. Calling their front desk doesn’t seem to help as they do not want to acknowledge the problem and instead tell you that they agree the room is hot. A simple fan would have fixed the problem but even to ask for this simple device is impossible. Bad response and bad location to stay. Please stay away if you want to have a good nights rest.
