Villa Levante

Hello, Last week, my girlfriend and I went to a room with a jacuzzi. Overall, the interior was in quite good condition, but I have to mention a few points. All the adjustment mechanisms on the bathroom and jacuzzi inside the room are faulty and coming loose. This is negatively affecting our process. Furthermore, there is only one small bottle of water in the room, and they charge exorbitant prices for water from the mini-bar if needed. Of course they will earn money, and the extras are important. But let me offer you a suggestion for situations like this: some things will be more memorable if you can help your customers and ensure they choose you again and again. My humble suggestion is that, while not a honeymoon package, you could suggest room decorations. Since customers often come with their spouses, offering things like artificial roses, wine, fruit platters, and snack platters could be a more profitable service and lead to higher customer satisfaction. Very nice boutique hotel. Their rooms are big, quite roomy, clean, attentive and friendly. You can have breakfast sitting in the beautiful sunshine, sandy sounds, and trees, enjoying the ambiance. It feels like an oasis in the desert in Izmir’s crowds. Huzurrrrr
