Walk In Hotel

We booked the room through ETS Tur for 3 days and it was terrible. The standard features of a regular room were missing. The minibar didn't work at all. We asked the reception about it, they said they would send someone, but no one came. We called again later, and even told the person who came that the minibar wasn't working, and they just said "tell the reception." The air conditioning didn't work or cool on the second day. There weren't even pillowcases on the pillows. The phone didn't work, and there was a stain on the bed that wouldn't come out. There was no interest or concern whatsoever. My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 3 days, and the air conditioning was problematic. The bathroom was so cramped that even the water wouldn't drain, it just piled up underfoot; everything was terrible. The hairdryer and minibar weren't working, even after we reported it. They came looking for something and all of them just told me to tell the reception and then they left. During my stay, something bit my wife, her whole body is red, and now our holiday is ruined. As for breakfast, they only served the water for tea when guests were here, and they kept saying amongst themselves, "Is this the time to put the water out?" Take my advice, there are plenty of hotels out there, we regret staying here. I'm attaching photos of the insects, bed bugs.

For the first time in my life, I stayed in a hotel that never flows. They said there’s been no water since 10:15 last night and that just the room we stayed in had trouble. The staff pretends to be interested, but they just pass... I couldn’t take a shower, couldn’t go to the bathroom, couldn’t wash my face, couldn’t brush my teeth. Hekimoğlu was the home of hospitality. I don’t know who they are, but it’s a breeze. We arrived at 3 a.m. from Istanbul. I've been at the hotel for 7 hours and I've thought it would be no problem with Reservation on the ETS site. My wife and I were humiliated. Make it haram. The location is good, but damn it. I forgot to say the air conditioning doesn’t heat too. Even though the agent who took us to the room was adjusting at the moment, 1 hour later, when he told us that the air conditioning was not heated, he came in and made the same adjustment, but he was not heated again... We didn’t freeze but we were cold...

I stayed at this hotel the other night with a group of friends and I strongly advise against it for various reasons; the first the cleanliness and the old age the bathroom. The sink broken into two parts was reglued and the hot tub was between yellow and brown from the dirt, soap used and left on the edge and hair everywhere, only one towel for the double room. They do not use to put the top sheet in the beds and the bottom one does not get to cover the whole mattress. The wifi does not work in the rooms but only in the reception. In short, a disaster, the only positive thing is the location
