The service was excellent. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to chat with all the guests, which we really appreciated. Samet Bey, who worked at the reception and arranged everything for us, was also incredibly helpful and was there for us all day. Irmak, who served at the pool and bar, was also incredibly friendly and did her job with great enthusiasm and care. We stayed here for four days with our three children and enjoyed it immensely. This hotel is definitely worth a 10/10. We will definitely be back here!

Very nice hotel, cozy, relaxing. The service was attentive, they helped with all questions regarding reservations of beaches and restaurants. But upon departure they were very upset by providing us with a bill for food and drinks at breakfast. On the first day they brought us breakfast and a nice girl told us that we could order anything besides what was on the table. She didn’t say anything about the surcharge, and we ordered coffee, juice, pancakes. I will say right away that the choice of free breakfast and its volume is very limited. For three people - a small bowl of salad, a few pieces of cheese, jams, tea, coffee, water, cereal and milk. There was almost no fruit, no pastries, no yoghurts, no pancakes. You can order scrambled eggs. Moreover, scrambled eggs with tomatoes and peppers turned out to be money. We were not given any receipts during breakfast, so we did not even suspect that upon departure we would have to pay a tidy sum. We are very disappointed!
