Since the minute we walked in , we were well looked after. Staff very friendly, Room very Good with a lovely shower room. Special mention to Aly the Bell Boy, He was Brilliant Thank you Aly!

Absolutely brilliant service. Me and my daughter we stayed from 17th till 23th of november.my daughter got sick for two days badly.staff in reception was very helpful and friendly to find emergency department and help us to get there.they not only helped to find but also bring us there and stayed until my we been looked after.Thanks so much ALI OZHAN.Thanks so much The meneger on that Sunday morning.also the cleaning lady Remziye she came over and help me to mix antibiotics for my daughter.she Even got a balloon for my daughter to cheer her up.All I can say everything was absolutely brilliant and I m thankful this lovely people for all help.its not easy when you travel with child and child gets sick.absolutely recommended this hotel.Thanky
