Club Hotel Maxima

With the facility we were super satisfied as a family. Lots of opportunities for everyone to do something. Would love to come back. Various pools, the food always top, the staff very friendly. Beach area very very clean. Very clear water.

The sea water was the only great thing we found in máxima bay. Bar employees are nice but there is no product, the wine is horrible, there is no cocktails, there is no lounge bar, food is not good with a badly set restaurant and always over busy during meal times. House keeping is also disappointing, and entertainment is 0. I went for 10 day vacation with my wife and 2 kids, we were so disappointed, we clearly overcharged, the hotel is 3 stars not 4.

unfortunately dirty rooms and awful staff. all inclusive serve but they can change the rules whenever they want. they can ask money for beach towels and turkish coffee even if it is free... and also the number of the cleaning ladies is not enough. 5 people for all rooms in 6 floor... try to keep away from the staff at the reception because they do not have friendly approach.
