Crowne Plaza Izmir

Our family was very pleased. The staff were friendly, the hotel and spa hygiene were excellent, and they have the newest spa and fitness center I've ever seen. The location and proximity to the sea and beach are also very good.

The staff are very friendly and professional. Although it's a city hotel with a very nice and hygienic spa center, having an outdoor pool is a great plus.

We stayed at Wyndham Grand Izmir Ozdilek Thermal & Spa for six nights, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. We had a room on the seventh floor with a beautiful half sea view and half mountain view, which was lovely to wake up to every morning. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The king-size bed was incredibly soft and one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept in. We also appreciated that complimentary bottled water was waiting for us in the room. Breakfast was fantastic every day. Everything was fresh, there was a great selection of food, and the chefs prepared omelets exactly the way we wanted. We spent a lot of time at the pool, and the pool bar was excellent. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding—whenever we needed anything, the staff were friendly, helpful, and responded within just a few minutes. The Wi-Fi coverage was excellent throughout the hotel, and it was very convenient to receive fresh towels for both the pool and the spa every day. Overall, everything was fantastic. We had a wonderful six-day stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Izmir. We would be happy to stay here again! Tea and Ana from Dublin, Ireland. 🇮🇪
