DOGAN PARADISE BEACH HOTEL

We stayed from June 16-21, 2026. We were greeted very warmly at the reception upon arrival; they helped us carry our luggage. The furniture in the rooms is old but clean, and room cleaning is available upon request. The food is delicious; there's always meat, chicken, rice, and pasta every day. The cold appetizers are sufficient, seasonal fruits are available, and the desserts are adequate. It's great that there's an omelet corner at breakfast. The staff at the bar are very friendly and attentive. Everything in the hotel is very close together, so access is easy. The water in the children's slide is faulty; perhaps it can be fixed during the season. The sea is rocky and stony at the entrance, but becomes sandy as you go further in. There are foot-washing facilities, showers, and changing cabins available. We never had a shortage of sun loungers and cushions. Small activities were organized for the children. All the staff did their best to help. Towels are provided for use in the sea and pool, and they are changed when they get dirty. At lunchtime, they serve gözleme (Turkish flatbread), french fries, hamburgers, and pide (Turkish flatbread) as snacks. There are also fruit and cake/pastry times, all served at the sneak bar next to the main bar. There's always something to eat until dinner. Turkish coffee is 100 TL right now, I couldn't find coffee that cheap at a cafe 🙂 There's a parking area under the trees where you can park your car in the shade. Considering the price-performance ratio, this performance at this price is excellent. There are mosquitoes, but it's impossible not to be in such a green area, so bring a Raid mosquito repellent that can be attached to the room, or some Off mosquito repellent that you can spray on yourself. Would we go again? Yes, we would :)

We spent 6 days here and had a truly great time overall. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in every situation — special mention to Kaa (apologies if I’m misspelling the name!), who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms are a bit dated, but spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept wonderfully every night. The room itself was spacious, with a balcony and a beautiful green view surrounded by lush vegetation. The food was good and varied, with plenty of vegetables and fruits. Some dishes were a little too spicy for our taste, but knowing we were in Turkey, we embraced it as part of the experience and were brave enough to try new things — no regrets, we always left the table full and satisfied! There are two things worth mentioning that could be improved. First, the beach — the sand wasn’t cleaned very regularly, and getting into the sea meant navigating some rocks and stones that were quite rough on the feet. A bit more sand would go a long way. Second, children’s music was played through the speakers on the terrace where adults were sitting, drinking and smoking. It felt a bit out of place — ideally, there could be a dedicated children’s area, away from alcohol and cigarette smoke, where kids can enjoy their music while adults relax with something more suited to the atmosphere. Overall though, we had a fantastic holiday and would love to return whenever our travels bring us back to Ozdere. Highly recommended!

The hotel is excellent value for money, perfect for relaxing. The beach starts with pebbles and goes further down to sand. The food is up to par; there isn't a huge variety, and the same goes for drinks. The rooms are small, but the staff were helpful. It's not ideal for a long vacation, but it would be sufficient for a weekend getaway if you don't want to spend too much money. Notes: The music system and Wi-Fi are inadequate, and the phone signal is very weak. A staff member can be assigned to conduct coloring-style activities for children.
