It was absolutely terrible they didn't clean our room we went to reception to ask and all they did was laugh and do nothing . Even our air conditioning wasn't working so as the fridge

I supposedly went on vacation, but I endured 4 days of misery. I stayed for my children, and I was going to leave on the first day. It's the employees who suffer; they're not working because they're not getting paid. Only one elevator works, and because it's not enough, you have to use the stairs. The air conditioning is extremely inadequate; opening the door makes it even cooler. The cleanliness is zero. The hotel pool is filled with seawater, and the handrails are wobbly. I don't know how many times I saw it, but people were getting injured repeatedly. Despite our complaints, nothing was done. On the last day, the tiles in the women's pool came off, and 5 or 6 children and women were injured. Several families were fighting at the hotel, and there was no doctor; an ambulance had to be called. In short, I was supposed to go on vacation. Even 1 TL is a lot of money for this hotel, may my money be cursed and bring them misery.

No parking spaces, no items, no help, we took our own stuff and walked in, no one asked about it and everyone guided each other Employees are very uninterested The food was too bad and the variety was too small and the same dishes came up the dessert part worse we hardly ever had desserts In the evenings, there was 2 nights of music and other days were empty and there was no proper activity In short, I'm not going to pay that much and go again NEVER
