It was also a place we wanted to go when it was first opened and come back later, but over the years, the "0" air conditioning was insufficient in terms of house insulation and we would have freezed if we hadn't bought 1 bag of wood. The next day, when I said the air conditioning in the rooms was insufficient, they said it was actually sufficient. Unfortunately, it was cold between doors and windows.The menu prices are too expensive and unnecessary. Unfortunately, all we remember from our vacation is that we were frozen. Don’t come in winter.

My wife and I went to kayserkay on a cold winter day with high expectations. We waited about 20 minutes at the front desk. Then we moved over to our bungalow. The cleanliness of the bungalow was moderate. Heated with air conditioning and the temperature was quite sufficient. Environmental cleaning was understated, disruptive and irregular. We switched to the restaurant section for dinner. The on-site service was absolutely bad. Servings are late, plates are unassuming, additions inflated. Except for 2 staff members, 1 woman and 1 man, the attention and care of the staff were poor. Overall, it''s very unassuming and unprofessional. Those who want to go leave knowing and without expectations. The location is beautiful, independent of nature, silence, and fresh air. Good holidays, everyone.

The setting and nature are beautiful, but unfortunately the price doesn’t meet the performance, making it the worst of the chalets we’ve stayed in so far. The lack of a hair dryer at a hotel in this budget, the fact that they are open for use in the winter, it is a complete failure to provide adequate heating. ( You have the right to burn the fireplace once, and after a cubic of wood, all the fuel fees and timber are added and do not offer adequate external heating). The restaurant services are just as under-sized, and if a place is open in the winter, the menus should still be full, so a few varieties of alcohol and food did not meet our expectations. We were told that the rooms we wanted to stay were filled, but we were also told that we were the only guests left out of the hotel. The only thing good is that it’s in the jungle, unfortunately, the sense of service is 0.
