We were very negatively surprised by this hotel as it is not approximately 5 star. We will give it about 3 stars. Many places are worn on the hotel. The food is boring. We stayed the first night in a room that slim off sewage. They only got us after many complaints after a day. They claimed the smell was to clean away, but the smell did not disappear. They made the room ready for new guests after us, even though it stinked. The new room and the old room had the most uncomfortable sofa beds. We've never slept worse. You don't choose a 5-star hotel to stay on a bad hard sofa bed. However, their double bed was comfortable. The hotel has many shortcomings and is not updated.

Everything was wonderful, I really liked the beach, the pool, and the room. Our air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was very clean. The only downside is that the fixtures are old; we'd like this to be taken into consideration. Thank you for your friendly service.

The staff were very friendly and kind, our room was cleaned every day, the cleaning staff were also good, the guest relations manager, Ms. Nuha, was very cheerful and solution-oriented, she loves her job. The food was varied but could have been a little tastier. The hotel is an old hotel, what we didn't like and what bothered us was that the shower head and sinks in the bathroom were rusty and old, why aren't they changed? It's within walking distance of Çeşme center, there are no drinks, even water is only one bottle per person per day, no tea except at breakfast. It has a nice terrace but drinks are charged, tea is 80 TL, at least one free tea could have been offered, let alone coffee and other drinks.
