Richmond Ephesus Resort

We have already been to the Richmond Ephesus five times and have been more than satisfied every time. The long sandy beach is simply dreamlike. We walked along the beach every day to the next hotel and really enjoyed the beautiful location. The pool was also great and always clean. You can relax wonderfully here, as the hotel is not overcrowded and the guests are well distributed throughout the entire property. There are two large pools, a quiet pool without music for relaxing and a pool with music for more entertainment. For families, there is also a baby pool, a children's pool with slides, as well as a large aquapark with several water slides. This way, everyone finds the right area for themselves. The food was fantastic and the desserts were especially delicious. The service was fabulous; the staff made a great effort and was friendly and attentive at all times. For us, the Richmond Ephesus is a hotel that we can recommend at any time. We would love to come back!

This was our first stay at Richmond Ephesus Resort. We arrived on July 18th and left on July 20th. My wife, my son, and I stayed there. We generally prefer Antalya or Cyprus for our holidays. This time we wanted to make the most of the weekend, relax a bit, and make sure our son enjoyed himself too. After my research, I was torn between two hotels. While reading the reviews, I also came across some people who shared content about the hotel. They said they were satisfied and recommended the hotel. We chose it too. Advantages: * The hotel's location is excellent. * The beach and sand are excellent. It's quite pleasant when the sea is calm. * The pools are generally nice and adequate. * The relaxation pool was nice, but there was too much sand at the bottom; it needs to be cleaned more often. * There are 3 water slides for children, and they are a lot of fun. * The tennis, basketball, and soccer fields are well-maintained and usable. * The indoor pool is large and beautiful. * Enjoying the sunset is especially beautiful. * The rooms were clean. Disadvantages: The hotel is generally old. It needs updating in certain areas. * Toilets and sinks in common areas should also be renovated. The restrooms outside the main building were cramped and poorly maintained. * The lack of kettles, tea, and coffee in the rooms is a drawback. * Regarding cleanliness, the shared restrooms were less than we expected; they could have been cleaner. I would give it 3.5 out of 5 stars. * We didn't like most of the brands used in the drinks. The taste wasn't satisfying. The drinks could be from better brands and presented in a nicer, more thoughtful way. Only Erikli water and soda were of good quality. The food was below our expectations. The variety was great and the selection was well-organized, but the flavor was lacking. * The animation and activities could be better. But Mr. Musacan and Mr. Bora's energy was quite good. Thank you. * The gym is neglected, nobody is looking after it, it needs a makeover. * There are some shortcomings in the snack restaurant area; improvements need to be made in that regard as well. Overall assessment: There are a lot of flies in the area. The hotel has fly repellents in the garden area to keep flies away. Pest control measures are being taken. But you should still bring fly repellent with you. While the hotel is excellent in terms of location, beach, and pool, the food quality, lack of drinks, and cleanliness of common areas did not fully meet our expectations. Slides and sports areas are a great advantage for families with children. However, I think improvements are particularly needed in the area of ​​food and drink. It might be preferable because it's nearby again. It would be better if our criticism were considered and adjustments were made. Overall, I would rate this experience 6/10 out of 10.

It's a very nice and large, yet well-organized hotel. The beach is very wide and the sea is beautiful. It was only a little choppy in the afternoon. The rooms and all other services of the hotel were very nice. Due to it being a hotel in Selçuk, there were many elderly foreign tourists.
