I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Selçuk. This is a basic hotel, nothing fancy, but very kind owners. Some English was spoken. It’s family run and different family members were present, multi generational. A granddaughter was there one day and spoke English and Dutch, she was about 12. Breakfast is basic. My room was simple, but adequate. A comfortable bed, hot water in a good shower. When I came back in the afternoon I was welcomed to sit with the women on the porch and drink tea. Saturday morning is a huge market spreading over several blocks. Try to be there for that. It’s also a block or so from the bus station, several blocks from the train station and walkable to the museum and to Ephesus, if you’re a walker. The owner also did my laundry one day for about $5.
