Amazing hotel with absolutely incredible views! We made a last-minute reservation because of all the wonderful reviews, and it exceeded our expectations. If you want million-dollar views on a smaller budget, this is the place to stay. The local Turkish breakfast was fresh, healthy, and delicious each morning. The staff, Okyay and Eser, were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. We arrived by train from Izmir and were pleasantly surprised when they picked us up directly from the station! They also offer rides into the beautiful nearby town filled with amazing restaurants and shops if needed. The location is perfect — just minutes away from the burial place of the disciple John and the ancient ruins of Ephesus. The hotel was also very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

This hotel has beautiful views and sits on top of a hill in a residential area. About 5 minutes from train station. The staff picked us up from station and continued to provide transportation to main area. Very nice hotel that is clean, staff friendly and helpful great breakfast. Had a room with outdoor jacuzzi.

I purchased a cancellation package through Hotels.com, but the hotel manager refused to cancel my reservation because I couldn't go on the scheduled date. They offered to reschedule it to a date I wanted, which I accepted. They then asked for an extra fee, which I also accepted. When I tried to go on the weekend because I couldn't attend my weekday reservation due to work commitments, they caused problems. When I threatened to complain to the relevant authorities, they canceled my weekday reservation as well, saying they wouldn't refund my payment and that my reservation was cancelled. I have all the conversations; if they had said it would be cancelled in the first conversation, I would have gone somehow to avoid losing my money. They were the ones who offered to reschedule, they were the ones who asked for the extra fee, and despite saying they would reschedule it to my desired date, they cancelled my reservation because they wanted to. If you want to lose your money and deal with such rude people, you can go there. This matter will be taken to court; this is the first time I have encountered such a rude manager.
