I have never stayed in such a bad hotel in my life, the staff is disrespectful and even tends to fight, the kitchen hygiene is very bad, the rooms are terrible, the staff does not listen to the warnings and gives rude answers, never again, you will be disgraced with your money.

Our stay in hotel was both comfortable and relaxing.the location was superb and the staff was friendly.we felt that we know the staff for years.the hotel is 15 minutes away from centre on foot.the breakfast and service there was very good. Railway station is very near.We are looking forward to go there again.

Great and luxury hotel , if you are looking to spend good time with good service and quality items the best in izmit , breakfast was great with variety of choices, they charged 40€ per night as i did the reservation through the mail , then the next time i asked for the rate it was just 250 turkish lira. Which is 120 TL cheaper. But overall great place.
