Bendis Beach

This was our second holiday at Bendish Beach Hotel. Overall, the operation is good and the hotel environment is peaceful. All the staff are friendly, hardworking, and helpful. The evening animations and entertainment are great. The bar, which offers hot and cold drinks throughout the day, is quite nice. Having freshly brewed tea all the time is wonderful. I would like to extend a special thank you to the head of the beverage team and all the staff. This popular hotel has some notable shortcomings that need to be addressed: * More attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the rooms and the restaurant in particular. * Room cleaning is sloppy, and the hand soap dispensers in the room sinks are not refilled. Aside from changing towels and bed linens, there isn't much cleaning done. * There are a lot of flies in the open bar and restaurant area. * The variety of food is normal for the price, but the quality and taste of the food are somewhat lacking. The dishes are mostly chicken and turkey-based, and the meat dishes are poorly prepared. Twice we found something like paper or small plastic in our food. We said that many dishes were being cooked, and perhaps the chefs were racing against time, so we didn't dwell on it too much, but the food shouldn't contain anything other than food itself. *** In short, the food and cleanliness unfortunately received low scores. These shortcomings, which shouldn't be present in a 4-star hotel, need to be addressed so that we can return and recommend Bendish to our friends and family without disappointing them.

It was a terrible facility, so dirty and neglected that we had to stay overnight because of our long journey, and we left immediately the next morning. I didn't know where to begin writing this. We carried our own suitcases, and when we arrived at the room, we were shocked. The dirty plates in the hallway were still there the next day, even covered with a towel. The shower cabin was filthy; the door wouldn't close and was broken. It was rusty, moldy, and dirty, and salty water was running from the tap. There was a strong drain smell in the room, and the bathroom door wouldn't close either. Towels were missing, there was no toilet paper or shampoo, the bedspreads were stained, and I couldn't eat the food. The beach is outside the resort and next to a public beach with dirty, old sunbeds; it was awful. We went with ETS Tur, and they only helped with cancellation and refunds, but they should have refunded the money for the first night as well. We're still amazed how ETS partnered with this hotel. The photos don't match the hotel at all... Finding another hotel in July was difficult; we had to search extensively and were left stranded. We had to change cities to continue our vacation... It's mediocre, even below average, unfortunately. It urgently needs renovation. It's very early in the morning... We left without even waiting for the hotel manager to arrive. I showed the photos to the lady at the reception; she thanked me for politely expressing my concerns, apologized, and asked me to send the photos, saying I was right... I hope the quality of service improves.

This is absolutely not a hotel I would choose again. I have no complaints about the staff; they work diligently, but the food is terrible. I don't know if it's the chefs' fault or the hotel management's, but is it acceptable for a 4-star hotel to serve turkey and chicken every day? If we wanted dishes with olive oil, they didn't even have that. They just put something in yogurt and made a so-called cold buffet. And let's not even talk about the desserts. I guess the hotel has a facility that produces Kemalpaşa (a type of Turkish pastry). Is it acceptable to serve trays and trays of Kemalpaşa for lunch and dinner? Making colorful cakes and putting cream on top of them is what they call dessert at this hotel.
