Alamatra Marin Hotel

The hotel is small and friendly and right on the sea front with a small mosque oppersite might be very noisy in the summer months, they dont serve breakfast in the winter months but other wise a nice hotel

Happen to make a last minute booking for this hotel during our euro trip during the month of august. It is a small hotel with a bit crampy rooms. But the best part of the hotel is its location. It is located right on the road which overlooks the ocean and is very central to the marina side of bordrum. All places like bordum castle, bar street, masuleum, and other places to see in bordrum is at max 10 minute distance from the hotel. Dont expect an experience like Taj or any other mid level hotel but if you are doing a budget trip and want to stay close to the action in the city then this would be a gud place to consider.

PROS cheap hotel walking distance to the ferry if you have to sleep over the night and take the ferry to other island ok walking distance to tourists bars restaurants and a bazar with lots of imported and copied things if you are into that CONS noisy as there is a lot of bars crowded in the port it wasn't the more fancy part of bodrum the port i wouldn't go to that area again small decent rooms with no space for a roll away bed stairs not good internet
