I was very satisfied with the hotel! Breakfast was delicious and varied. For those seeking a peaceful and enjoyable holiday in Bodrum, I wholeheartedly recommend Costa Bitezhan Beach. The hotel's beachfront location and its proximity to a quiet area were major advantages for us. You feel the holiday atmosphere the moment you step into the hotel. 🌊 Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted warmly and with smiles by Mr. Çağlar and Ms. Fidan, making us feel very welcome. Our check-in process was completed very smoothly and quickly. The location of our room was also really great. We would especially like to thank Ms. Naz from guest relations. He described the hotel in detail and also gave us some great suggestions on things to do in Bodrum. She was very helpful with everything throughout our holiday, and thanks to her, we had the opportunity to explore Bodrum even more beautifully. 🌸 Breakfast was also one of the features we liked about the hotel. The buffet is quite varied and consists of fresh products. We particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared omelets and pancakes, as well as the warm bread, bagels, and toast varieties. There are many options to suit different ages and tastes. Room cleaning was also regular. Our room was cleaned every day, and our towels and drinking water were replenished. The housekeeping team was also very friendly and helpful. The sea and beach area are also very enjoyable. We had no problems with sun loungers. The fact that the sea is not very deep is a great advantage, especially for those who want to swim comfortably. The coolness of the water is quite refreshing on hot Bodrum days. We were able to go into the sea and enjoy swimming even at lunchtime. 🏖️ Overall, the tranquility, beachfront location, cleanliness, breakfast, and friendly staff made for a wonderful holiday experience for us. The attention we received from the staff, in particular, made us feel valued. This is a hotel we would definitely choose again for a lovely Bodrum vacation. ❤️

5 days with friends and family in August. The hotel has different ratings: - Room: rating 8 but it depends on which one you have. We were in one of the best with a double view and double small balcony facing both the sea and the pool. Beautiful, even though you can tell the room is too neglected. We had to move the bed because otherwise the air conditioning was blowing directly on us. Avoid rooms on the ground floor and/or those facing the pool bar kitchen. Room cleanliness was so-so. Note: horrible interior hallways with super stained gray carpet - Pool area (shared with breakfast area): rating 9, simply beautiful. Nothing to say - Breakfast: rating 9.5, excellent for us. More savory than sweet, but truly super abundant and varied, with an omelet and pancake station as well. Top - Location: rating 10, fantastic. Take a few steps and you are at the sea on your dedicated beach and on the pedestrian street full of restaurants and clubs. There are no problems with chaos or noise. Lively area but quiet for families. - Beach: rating 5; in general in Bodrum / Bitez, my opinion is negative. Not very clean, umbrellas a bit too shabby and lounge chairs a bit dirty (the good thing is that you can have as many beach towels as you want every day and we covered the lounge chairs). - Sea: rating 7. It's not Sardinia, but if you go 40 meters away from the shore, it becomes nice. Very good for children because it is always calm and the water is shallow. Overall judgment: it also depends on how much you paid. The price on Booking was crazy, while we saved over 30% by booking directly with the property. So for me, considering the room we had and the value for money, I would give an overall rating of 7.5.
