Crystal Green Bay Resort And Spa

My family and I stayed at the hotel from July 27th to August 2nd. First of all, the rooms were quite old. Our biggest disappointment was the beds. We came on vacation to relax and unwind, but almost every morning we woke up with back and waist pain. The food was generally not bad. However, there was a shortage of staff. Especially during peak hours, we often had to get our own forks, knives, and other serving utensils. I hold management, not the employees, responsible for this. Unfortunately, the room cleaning was far below our expectations. The phone in the room wasn't working on the first day. Despite reporting the issue to reception a total of 4-5 times, the problem was not resolved during our holiday. The cleaning staff simply made the bed, changed the towels, and left. The floors and bedside tables weren't being cleaned properly. There were even a few crushed flies on the ceiling, and they remained there throughout our stay. There was a constant foul smell coming from the bathroom, and this smell sometimes spread throughout the room. I think the hotel needs to be much more careful about hygiene. The air conditioner in the room was also quite old. We had a household air conditioner, but the thermostat was missing or not working. We turn on the air conditioner at night, and when we get cold, one of us gets up to turn it off, then when it gets warm again a little while later, we get up and turn it back on. We had to deal with this constantly during our vacation. The mini-bar was also inadequate. It wasn't fully filled most days. In fact, on the last night they knew we were leaving, the minibar wasn't even refilled. Not providing this service because the guest was checking out the next day was not a very nice approach. I didn't experience any mosquito problems during my stay. We haven't encountered any problems in this regard. The sea was the best part of the hotel. The bay is truly amazing. The sea had a structure consisting of small pebbles and sand from the shallow part onwards. One of the features we liked most was the almost complete lack of waves. The sea was calm throughout our stay. But the sea suddenly gets deep. Those who cannot swim and families with young children need to be especially careful about this. Also, sometimes small fish bite our feet. The water park is quite small. While it's adequate for children, it's not very suitable for adults. Because the pool is about 140 cm deep, adults sliding down the large slides can hit the bottom. The large pool is reserved only for guests aged 16 and over. All the daytime animations, water shows, and activities take place here. If you have young children like us, you're forced to use the pool on the aquapark side. However, almost no events are taking place on this side. Therefore, families with children cannot fully benefit from the hotel's activities. The evening children's animation was also quite weak. Usually, only girls would come on stage and dance with a few people from the animation team. The boys, on the other hand, mostly just sat and watched. In contrast, there was live music almost every evening. One of the positive aspects was that we didn't experience any shortage of sun loungers. We were able to find empty sun loungers at any time of day. There were no long queues during mealtimes, and service generally ran smoothly. In conclusion, I chose this hotel entirely based on its photos, but I was very disappointed. I think you can stay in much higher quality hotels for the same budget. It wasn't a hotel I would choose again.

A very nice hotel for families. Those working in water sports activities have formed a team with photographers. They are wonderful, very friendly. Thank you so much for everything

The hotel is of normal quality, friendly...and the best part is that the sea is right next to it. The food was very good, the desserts were amazing. The rooms are clean, small, and the bathrooms are very small. The animation team are all very, very helpful (Esma and Mehmet are especially sweet).
