It was like faulty towers staff were rude and unhelpful very little English spoken language barrier was an issue, if they didn’t understand they just walked off. The place is dated and tired and needs a good clean. There was exposed electric wires in the bathroom for the electric hand towel dispenser and the electric socket itself, broken pane of glass around the pool the rooms are tatty and dated with no kettle for tea and coffee. They only provide milk at breakfast you can’t get a tea with milk for the rest of the day. The cooked food was terrible and was always a stew of some sort made with the leftover meat from the previous day. Never and child options! The hotel is very far out from anything so when we arrived from our flight at 11pm there was no food for us and no local shop to feed our child and they wouldn’t provide us with anything. The main bar shuts at 10 so you have to venture all the way to the pool bar where the entertainment is on. The entertainment is diabolical it’s all in Turkish so you’ve no idea what’s going on.

Disappointed with the hotel staff was quite rude especially the younger ones , no kids club through the day as stated evening entertainment shocking , food was poor only one bar open at night and that’s the pool bar that was a treck one choice of beer wine vodka and raki that’s it no daily snacks as stated oh except burger and chips and that was not long afther the buffet dinner closed very repetitive. Onky good thing was the views wouldn’t go back Antalya miles better. It needs a good once over all over reminded me of faulty towers

Although the hotel is attractive in terms of price, certain details make you understand why it's so cheap. First of all, something needs to be done about the rudeness of the pink-haired, pierced woman at the reception whose name I don't remember. Because the hotel was very busy and there were no empty rooms, she assigned us to a ridiculous, dark, musty-smelling room on the ground floor, the kind used by hotel staff, with no light whatsoever. When I returned and stated that I didn't want to stay in that room and that even if there was a balcony, the view was blocked, leaving no room to breathe, she responded disrespectfully, "Did we guarantee you a view?" When I pointed out that the room was dark and stuffy, she mockingly said, "Then turn on the lights." They then said we had no other rooms and therefore could stay there, but this time we saw insects crawling under the beds. After our insistence, we were forced to move to another room right next door the next day, but the situation there was no different; the walls were crumbling with mold, and the sewage and damp smell inside made it impossible to stay. During our 4-night stay, apart from the room being disinfected once, no cleaning, linen change, bathroom cleaning, etc., was done. There's absolutely no pool floor cleaning or anything like that; you constantly encounter dirt and long hair in the area where you swim, and the pool area is full of spilled potato scraps, fruit leftovers, etc. I can only give it a 5 out of 10 in terms of food variety because there are only about 3-4 hot dishes in total, so we had to fill our stomachs with salads and appetizers. Especially in the garden area, the cats roaming around and on the tables is a terrible hygiene issue. You get your food, put it on the table, and by the time you go back inside to get bread, a cat is already on the table. Something definitely needs to be done about this. Also, having ashtrays on the tables in the terrace area is not very pleasant; every time the wind blows, ashes from the ashtrays on the next table fly onto your table and plate. The hotel doesn't have enough parking space; it's completely full from the hotel entrance all the way up the hill. If you're lucky enough to find a spot, you might park your car there, otherwise you'll have to leave it behind someone else's car. If you are a drinker, classic concept beer, vodka, gin and Izmir raki are available. The hotel is about 300-400 meters from the beach, but there's a shuttle service from the hotel every hour so you can get there. The single best thing I liked about the hotel was undoubtedly the VIEW. Finally, I believe a hotel in this location could provide better service with a better concept and management, and I hope the reviews will be helpful in addressing the hotel's shortcomings.
