Arrive late, check in instantly. Completely no parking outside the hotel, there were only four spaces and they were busy. The road is narrow one-way and if you leave the car to go to the reception to carry things, then the car will definitely come to the back. I had to drive away from the hotel, walk back to check in and find out where the parking was. For guests staying in this hotel parking is 40% discount. The parking lot is terribly dirty, the smell of sewage, is a little away on the way from the hotel, but from it you can take an elevator to the hotel grounds. The grounds consist of a swimming pool in the centre and rooms around. We had a ground floor with our own little patio - a table and two chairs outside. It's very convenient, up to the 2nd floor by stairs, there's a balcony. The room is newly renovated, everything is in place. Breakfast is good, hearty. I attach a photo. We were a one-night stand, so it didn't strain the location. It's a place for those who like evening promenades. In the evening we went for a walk, in 2 minutes the main streets begin. Shops, bars, restaurants, discotheques, lots of people, all along the beach. The beach also has chair tables for restaurants and cafes. The beach from the hotel right down that de street is literally 3-4 minutes, but it is difficult to swim, as there remains a narrow strip of beach, the seats are occupied by tables and deck chairs for an additional fee. But we were able to swim, only to have to sit at the water's edge with our things one by one. Leaving things behind wasn't a risk. I think it's possible to book deckchairs for an extra charge. There's almost no greenery in this place, only buildings. Anyway, if you love the sea and nature, you're not here.

Location couldn’t be better. Pool lovely , clean and tidy. Typical Turkish breakfast. BUT bathroom filthy, you need the agility of a mountain goat to get in and out of shower/ bath. Bedroom out of the sixties, headboard broken, flooring lifting. We asked for bathroom to be cleaned on our arrival but mould and filth still there. Toilet I can’t talk about. 🤮Room smells of damp. The bedroom shouldn’t be rented out until refurbished. Cockroaches everywhere .

Have I been in better hotels yes have I been in worse hell yes, the delfi rooms are very basic but you don't need more the breakfast is very basic turkish breakfast but plenty of it the staff are all very welcoming and helpful especially George the whole hotel could do with a refresh the pool is lovely but very hard to get in and out of 1 end the steps have only 1 rung at the bottom and the other end only have 2 rungs top one missing my room only got cleaned twice but we got clean towels most days with a lot of tlc this could be a very lovely place to stay but I only slept showered and had breakfast so it was OK for us
