The animation team was excellent; they were attentive and entertaining. Hygiene standards were very high, and the food was quite good.

Our room had a sea view and was very clean. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We had a great time with the animation team. There are many activities throughout the day; I highly recommend it.

When ETS was selling us the tour, they said we might have big problems with the resort because we had a baby, so we paid extra, and the room we stayed in was on the very outside of the resort. The TV in the room was sometimes working and sometimes not, and the mini-fridge never worked. For the first two days, we were able to go into the room using our phone flashlight; they only turned on the street and building lights after I warned them. 70% of the food consisted of chicken and turkey, and while it was tasty, the desserts (despite not being a dessert lover and only being able to accept a good Turkish delight) were terrible; the only edible dessert was... It was a biscuit dessert, and a piece of metal about 2 cm long came out of it. THE INSTITUTION DIDN'T EVEN OFFER A PROPER APOLOGY. BUT A WHILE A WHILE AGO, THEY WERE MAKING SUCH NICE REMARKS ABOUT A FOREIGN CUSTOMER – I EMPHASIZE, A FOREIGN CUSTOMER – AND IT WASN'T THE KIND OF NICE REMARKS I WAS EXPECTING. I HAVE A 3-YEAR-OLD SON, AND IT COULD HAVE CAUSED SERIOUS INJURY. There are lifeguards, but no tower; if something happened to someone, they wouldn't even notice. The beach is very small, people don't pack up their belongings the night before, so anyone who leaves their things there the night before just sits there. I'll never go there again. I wasted my money and wasted my time.
