Small, clean hotel. I booked through travel Republic just the hotel so was a little worried as you do that when I got there they may be problems but no all was fine the man on reception didn't speak very much English but enough to get me checked in OK. Nice pool area as I said a small hotel so a quiet pool with ample beds for all who wanted one. I never ate breakfast there so can no comment on the food.The bit that has set this hotel apart from most is... 3 days after I arrived home I realised I had left one of my phones in the room, I emailed the hotel with my room number and dates I stayed, they replied the day after saying they would go look. I gave them a few ideas to where I may have stashed it! 24hr later I got an email saying they had found my phone! 😁 Wow I was so surprised and so grateful for the honesty of the staff!! Luckily I have friend in the area who went to collect it the same day. So I'm my opinion a fab hotel with fab honest staff👍🏼

This is a very pretty little hotel in the perfect location close to the beach bars, bus route and restaurants. Our room was simple clean peaceful and comfortable, with everything you would expect, comfy twin beds, clean pleasant bathroom lovely balcony surrounded by flowers and banana trees, small fridge and a TV that we never used. The staff were friendly,especially the lovely cleaning lady. The breakfast were plentiful and good, typical of what you would expect and plenty of tea and coffee available. The pool is lovely, and the bar is fine. I can't understand the previous poor reviews.if you want more then pay more.its excellent value for money. We will definitely go back. We felt welcome and comfortable and can't wait to return.

Just arrived home from 6 days in the filis hotel had a very lovely stay. It has a very quiet pool area lovely and relaxing sun beds always available.Room was basic but has everything you need rembering this is a 2 star hotel and you get what you pay for but this will not disappoint. Fatima the lovely cleaning lady came to our room 2 or 3 times and it was spotless she was a very lovely lady nothing was to much trouble for her. Next onto the night man he could not do enough for you we came back for a drink every evening and he would always chat to us what absolute lovely polite man. Then there’s Alex he runs the whole place he is a absolute credit to this hotel he did everything and would sort anything out that you needed doing .we would 100per cent come back here to this little gem of a place. I FEEL SOME OF THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE ARE MISLEADING AND VERY UNFAIR after this is a two star hotel not a five star and people need to remember this you get what you pay for. A lovely place with lovely staff what more could you ask for . See you all next year x😃😃
