I've been coming for 10 years. The reception has changed, they are not solution oriented. I couldn't enter the room before 14:00. I'm the only new customer who logged in😁 It shouldn't be too difficult to get it 20-30 minutes ago. I recommend considering different alternatives. I will do so.

Grand Levent is a 4-star hotel located on Ortakent Yahşi beach...🏢
Considering it in its own classification, it must be said that it is the most remarkable and rising value of the region...🧿👏
The most striking thing about the hotel is its staff who work like "BEES"🐝🏃♂️🏅
The team offers solutions very quickly and quickly compensates for any shortcomings.
Pool and sea (pebble sandy beach) are good opportunities for families with children...
The business operates on a concept (half board) system with breakfast and dinner...
Meals, breakfast and desserts are above a certain standard...🍲🥘🍳🍗🍖🍉🍊
Daily accommodation 3200 TL
📝Let's not forget to mention a few negative headlines;
📍Parking is limited, you may have to leave your car outside❗️🚙🚗
📍The beach is very narrow, people are very close to each other and there is still a struggle for sunbeds at night...🩴👙🩳🤿🏖 (This is the biggest minus of the hotel and the region)❌️
💈📌Yahşi beach has pleasant ice cream for walking in the evenings, toy shops and decent restaurants for families without children.
Have a nice holiday in advance to those who choose it🌞🏖🧳

Very friendly staff, but not a single word of English (not to mention German) and Google Translate doesn't always deliver acceptable results.
Unbelievable, young people, probably students, but apart from "Okay" not a word, not even "Thank you".
99% of the guests were Turkish, maybe that's the reason and maybe the hotel was geared towards them. Foreign guests without any knowledge of Turkish should go somewhere else, especially since there are many hotels on the coast and the prices are pretty much the same.
Prices at the bar are inflated and - be careful - they are not posted! Not a single menu or price list. The rude awakening only comes when checking out: small tea - €1.50, small coffee - €3, small can of Coke/Fanta/soft drink - €3. The main problem - you can hardly say anything to the staff, they just don't understand, not even with Google Translate. Or they didn't want to understand anything. The staff often "forgot" what they promised - e.g. B. calling a taxi. Not even the tip helped... So, a very bad aftertaste.
There were often problems with the lockers - they just wouldn't open.
The cleaning ladies simply left the balcony doors open after they had cleaned the rooms. So, I don't understand security in the same way...
The breakfast buffet and dinner were very plentiful, but mostly only the fruit, vegetables and sweets tasted good. Kebab, fish, etc. - mediocre.
All in all - mediocre, because the sea was wonderful, the beach - very crowded with loungers, but you could sunbathe and that was the main thing.
