Total scam, we were charged 2200TL for 2 people for chairs and an umbrella

Very professional , great personal very good programs ,very helpful . All in all very good time we had, with great food. All in all we had very good time ,great night time internment, music and others. Good cook

Hotel doesn’t have right number, even if you call from official website number you can’t reach till the main hotel reservation. I had to wait until my family will arrive through them only I could contact hotel reception. So my family visiting for the first time, I wanted to organize in advance additional person (me) to stay with them. I have called million numbers, was waiting on the line, had to explain every single person my situation. But it was just a simple question, that they could not solve putting phone down that they will give my number to the hotel so they could contact me accordingly. In the end nothing happened, they were just stupidly not giving any action. When my family arrived I called from them and only that moment I asked extra bed to myself. Firstly I was frustrated because of hole experience with the Phone calls and answers and complained to the reservation agent. Obviously 🙄 as expected they just said that numbers that I was trying to contact it was wrong, it was call center that is not relating at all to them and giving incorrect information. After all that we experienced Management offered us room charge for next day noon. We have prepared our luggage’s and went to reception to change our room, but they had no clue about it. So this drama continued every time, then I went to check all available rooms, all were dirty and not prepared. It is ridiculous, there is no follow up of operation. In the end by reminding we took our new room. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
