Hotel Gulbaba

The hotel is a family business. Is a bit difficult to find it but it is really well located. Very close to the beach, the centre and the awesome “Halicarnassus” nightclub. You can enjoy the view from the terrace to the castle, during your breakfast or dinner. BE AWARE! You need to inform the reception that you want to dine there. Note down that the hotel has no elevator and the roof garden in on the 3rd floor. I advise you to visit the pool after 17:00, as the sun is extremely strong and hot. Be sure to carry with you a suntan oil all the time. Swimming during midnight hours and relaxing there is really a great experience. There are 3 different Wi-Fi in the hotel, so you may be lost on which you need to use. Although, they are reliable. The rooms could not be cleaner! Are equipped with air-condition and though the bathroom is small, has everything you need.

Yes, the amenities are a little basic, but so very friendly and helpful.... Lovely clean pool, clean rooms, great roof top breakfast and wonderfully fresh food... Service was great..... and they could not have possibly done more for us to make our time there enjoyable..... So close to the beach and local restaurants..... We would stay again that's for sure.....

We loved to stay at Gulbaba Hotel. Facilities are clean, nice breakfast, and very close to the seashore and the best restaurants, only 10 minutes walking from the castle. Kerim is very kind and made our stay more than special. The chef is also very friendly, and after swimming in the Aegean Sea a jump in the swimming pool is just what you need. Totally recommended.
