Hotel Manastir & Suites

This hotel has magnificent views and exquisite outdoor amenities but forget the rooms! We had 2 rooms. Both had no hot water and drainage problems in the shower. One of our toilets would not flush and a hairdryer would not work - there was an exposed live wire, a safety issue. A staff member confirmed the whole hotel is affected by hot water issues (generally the 10-30 minutes it takes for water to heat up) and there have been many complaints but the owner is not responding to them. This hotel will be great when these maintenance issues are addressed but we can’t recommend it until they are.

Although this is a beautiful hotel with a bomb view and a very nice outdoor area, I have to mention some negative points: 1.We had booked the cheapest double room category for 3 people. The extra bed consisted of 2 small square mattresses that were pushed together. Had we not insisted nor wanted to put a thick winter blanket on it, one could never have slept there. 2.Our supposedly cleaned room was anything but clean(toothpicks and hair on the floor)!I had to ask the cleaning lady to clean again, which she reluctantly did. 3.During our stay, the rooms were probably cleaned every day somehow, but not thoroughly enough. Sunscreen stains on the mirror from the 1st day were still not wiped on the 7th day. 4. This room category seems to be the least maintained. The wall plaster flies down with every touch, completely outdated hairdryer, broken tiles and sinks... The broken toilet lid was replaced after complaint. The attachment on the socket, which kept falling out when you pulled out a cable, was simply plugged back on and not properly attached. Overall, this room category seems to be very old...It would have to be renovated. Although the hotel has a really nice ambience and a great breakfast to offer, the condition of our room has clouded our holiday. Too bad! So much more could be achieved by better trained cleaning staff and some repairs.

It''s a beautiful hotel in perfect tranquility so close to the center in the subway''s audible fun life. Friendly employees, plenty of pools, good breakfast Recommendations. It was close to the center and had a beach with an entrance under 300m. The lady was very hardworking and friendly.
