L'Ambiance Resort

This is my 2nd time in Turkey but first time at this hotel,My review is solely my experence and actual events ;I arrived at 4.25 in the morning was dropped on the road ,took my own luggage to reception ,tired ,hungry ,need a bath ,I don't get a hello I just get asked pass port;2 min got my key and said lift on right ?that's it in the morning have no idea where to eat ?so I follow the crowd food is always cold ,good range of salads ,deserts ,90 % can't speak English,no assistance at all any time of day,lights In lobby half not working but fixed she I was there ,1 bar in lobby dirty ;shelves dusty ;beer barrels on the floor ;bar man look like they hate there jobs;U wait up to 15 min to get a drink ;phone rings;or sum one chats they just stop serving you ?chatted to ikhan I think,a manager he said it's new management for 10 months,and this will change in the winter ;rooms good standards that's about it ,when u need to see your pick up to air port that's a mission just to get the info ,animation team is pathetic u never see them;they more djs a young lady barley where covered clothing,there are kids there to in 6 days 1 spoke to me and was the last;it's such a pity cud be a great hotel ;hope they make the changes ?if not not sure how long there investment will last,the 2nd day I asked to hire a towel ,and get told where is my pool card ??had no idea I was intitiled to one?no chair on my balcony;My ash tray still full the day I left ,the flush for toilet falls off the wall ;I never reported it ;because they don't Understand ?the ladies in front must be in back office and do pr and promote the bussiness,and put staff who can speak sum English;Turkish;and German was very disappointed,there are 2 staff members I think they deserve recognition I will load there pictures;I will be back in Turkey but never at this hotel;Turkey is very rich in culture;history and seas ;beach's that made my trip good luck to management .

We went here as our main holiday last year, and personally i didnt think it was that bad! I booked it first then read the reviews afterwards( silly i know) after reading some of the reviews on here i was dreading going, but we were both quite pleasantly surprised, the pool was clean every day we visited it and the rooms were pretty basic but clean, the only thing we could fault was the food! We went all inclusive , but after just one day eating here we opted to eat elsewhere, which i would recommend anyway because the food is so cheap! The food at the hotel isnt up to much, there was a poor choice of foods and breakfast consisted of a variety of greasy breads! So if you are looking for somewhere cheap to stay it gets the thumbs up, but do eat elsewhere!

Dirtiest hotel ever! My wife got food Poisoned while we were there last year. Our first instance entering the hotel was a stuff member complaining about a customer saying "I can't take this anymore" plus the general manager of the hotel telling off another customer because she was not happy about something else with the hotel. I guess these guys are still in the business because they operate on a "all inclusive" basis, but trust me it's not worth it!! All inclusive but one day day run out of beers than they get their beers delivered but this time they don't have any glasses available to service you with. Food is horrible and let's say that you are out of options and want to eat there anyway, this time you will have to battle to find a place to sit down and eat your food. Most of the tables are piled up with dirty plates and no stuff member cares enough to clean any table for you. Rooms are not too bad except from the blood stains on the walls from the mosquitoes and believe me there are a lot of mosquitoes in this hotel. Room service terrible. I guess it's because they only have a few teenagers working as cleaners for the whole premises and I really felt bad for these guys constantly under pressure from their managers forcing them to clean and get a room ready in very little time. Definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about their health as it's a place with a very big potential to ruin your much valued holiday...
