Liona Residence

Awful!!! swimming pool dirty, kitchen equipments unsatisfactory no English speaking people, etc, etc the person to whom we complained never showed up. Most of what was promised by booking.com was not present. Lot of money for nothing.

Initially our booking was for two rooms however due to an error we were offered a family room. This was adequate for our one night stay. However this was compensated by the staff who could not have been more accommodating and really made every effort to check we had everything we needed. A courtesy car was offered to chauffeur us to and from the beach/town at any time we wanted. This was an excellent bonus. The hotel was very clean, modern and all of the staff so very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and although we had to vacate by 12 noon we were able to continue to use the hotel facilities for the remainder of the day. A room was provided for us to change in prior to leaving for the airport.
