Moonshine Hotel & Suites

The pool was out of service for three days during the holiday. The pool is not being cleaned. Breakfast was inadequate and the facilities were dirty. Most of the staff are unable to find solutions to the problems. The children's pool isn't working at all. Families with children who had been eagerly anticipating their vacation all year were unable to use the pools at all. When you asked for solutions, you were given answers that were only aimed at saving the day. I think these high ratings are being given by the staff at the hotel. Believe me, you can never swim in the pool shown in the hotel photos. Of course, you can go in if you don't have any concerns about getting sick or catching germs.

The location was excellent, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. This is a hotel I would choose again if I were to consider staying in Bodrum.

The hotel's location is central, close to everything, nestled among bougainvillea, a quiet and peaceful hotel. The breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of options. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are very attentive; we felt as comfortable as in our own home. The hotel manager, Ms. Songül, in particular, takes care of everyone individually, constantly asking about our satisfaction and ensuring our needs are met as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this hotel; it's the best place to stay economically in Bodrum.
