If you want to be humiliated despite paying for it, go ahead. The rooms they call renovated are from my grandmother's time. It turns out only the technical details have been updated. But for some reason, the toilet seat doesn't stay in place. There is neither hygiene nor quality of service. For example, there was no mayonnaise at the hotel because it was summer 😁 You'll understand everything when you see the crispy chicken plate that arrived 🤣 We went to an all-inclusive hotel and still had to eat out. Finding a sun lounger is practically impossible. Finding a table to eat at when there's no food available is still impossible. It's as if they just stopped the employees on the street and brought them here. It was just an exterior photo; everything else was garbage. I'm very sorry for making this comment, but I don't want anyone to waste their money. We went there for two days to relax and came back even more stressed and anxious; I've never had such a bad experience before. We had stayed at Bodrum Park Resort, which belongs to the same group, and came here trusting their recommendation, but it turns out there's no connection whatsoever. I'm really upset about the money we wasted and how we made such a choice.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel and would like to thank the whole team for everything. We did experience a security issue during our stay, but it was dealt with very professionally and efficiently by the management team, which we really appreciated. We also felt safe throughout our stay, with security guards present at the hotel entrances. The food and drinks were very nice, with a good variety of choices to suit everyone. We also appreciated how welcoming the hotel was to both English and Hungarian guests. A special thank you to Mustafa at the beach bar, who always welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel very welcome. The entertainment was also very good. We especially enjoyed the dance and fire shows. The entertainment team were veryj down to earth and friendly, and you could really see that they genuinely enjoyed spending time with and entertaining the small children. Overall, we had a great experience and would like to say a big thank you to everyone who made our stay enjoyable. Thank you for everything!

It's a beautiful hotel, I loved its nature. It's charming and suitable for families, but of course it's not as big or as activity-rich as a 4-star or 5-star hotel. It was a suitable hotel for relaxing. The staff are helpful and friendly.
