Salinas Beach

I think it's a fantastic hotel; I truly feel like I'm in a family environment. The food is delicious, and they've maintained its quality for years. The beach is beautiful, calm, and right in the bay; you feel like you're entering the sea from the bay itself. The staff are incredibly polite and courteous; they never hesitate to ask if we need anything and frequently inquire about our needs. Even though it's all-inclusive, they bring everything to the table and offer complimentary items. The service, especially from Berat and Gülben, was so wonderful; their warm welcome at the hotel entrance made us feel like we were going to have a happy holiday. They are amazing people, so loving and cheerful, and it's a pleasure to come back every year to see them and chat with them. I'd also like to thank Rojhat in the restaurant for his attentiveness. I come from Ankara and visit at least three times a year, bringing my friends along. I hope Salinas Hotel stays with us for many years to come because I truly enjoy my holidays there.

Unbelievable !!!!! I haven't stayed in such a wonderful place in a long time. They offer three meals a day with a variety of dishes, complimentary afternoon tea, and alcoholic beverages served from the bottle 😍 I came all the way from Eskişehir and it was worth it. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and they promptly fulfill your requests and needs. It even has a private beach ☺️ they even have staff specifically assigned to the beach. We were very pleased with our stay, thank you for everything 🤩

Everything started from the first day we arrived, especially because the balcony door wouldn't lock, creating a security issue and forcing us to change rooms. Then, the lights in the room went out after two days, causing an electricity problem. The Wi-Fi didn't work in the room, so we had to buy an extra internet package. Despite asking twice for room cleaning, no one helped. And at the end of a week, at breakfast, I was rudely asked where my bracelet was, even though they hadn't given me my bracelet for a week and treated me like I was without it. It was like they were treating me like I was there to steal food… And the person who asked this was the general manager, and the manager doesn't even know how to handle customers... It's just disgraceful. I wasn't going to write this many complaints; even though I overlook many things, the last behavior really angered me. Even though I told the manager, he didn't even apologize... I hope he doesn't do it again...
