We had a beautiful week. Home-comfortable and spotlessly clean apartments. In a quiet location, lounging under the lush trees on the beach gave us the chance to swim in a gorgeous sea with caretta carettes. We're a family with 2 kids. We didn’t need to carry additional kitchen utensils. The dishwasher and large fridge were good for the comfort. There are nice places to eat by the beach, but for those who want to cook their own meal, there are pre-shops available. There are plenty of loungers and umbrellas on the beach and the spaces are wide. As a bay, Ovabuku was our serene destination. The sea isn’t shallow. It''s a well-located spot for a homey vacation in Datça. We'll be welcome:-)

These large well-equipped apartments are about 80m from the beach in a quiet but very beautiful resort, with lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby (Kasapoglu for the best fish!). Useful to have a car and speak a little Turkish as it is remote. If you want 'unspoilt' but still civilised, this is an ideal balance.
